Aaron Cherry is a licensed Oregon real estate broker (License #201232380) practicing under Oregon Life Homes. Our office is located at 123 Main Street, Suite 200, Roseburg, OR 97470. We do not sell or share personal information in any category. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our website (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. If required by Oregon law or a valid court order, we may disclose information as legally required. In the course of a real estate transaction you authorize, we will share relevant information with other parties (lenders, title companies, co-brokers) as customary and necessary to complete the transaction.

Right to Access

Right to Correction
You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Deletion
You may ask us to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, Oregon real estate record-keeping requirements).
Right to Data Portability (§1798.100)
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in a portable, readily usable format. To exercise this right, submit a verifiable request to aaron@sellwithcherry.com. We respond within 45 days.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information. You may nevertheless submit an opt-out request using the Do Not Sell or Share form below.
Right to Opt Out of Profiling (ORS 646A.570)
Oregon residents have the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Contact aaron@sellwithcherry.com. We respond within 45 days.
Non-Discrimination (§1798.125)
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service in retaliation.
Authorized Agent

9. Children’s Privacy (COPPA + CCPA U16)
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For users aged 13–16, we do not sell or share personal information without affirmative opt-in consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact aaron@sellwithcherry.com and we will delete it.
10. Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing under CCPA and OCPA. When your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat it as an opt-out request without requiring any additional action. You can read more about GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org. Our site also publishes a machine-readable signal at /.well-known/gpc.json.

Our website links to third-party platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS listings, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. We use industry-standard measures to protect information transmitted to us, but no electronic transmission is 100% secure. Do not send sensitive financial information (account numbers, SSNs) via our contact form. Please call us directly for sensitive matters.
